ADL Activigram delivers clinically grounded cognitive exercises and wellness tracking — empowering patients and their care teams with meaningful, measurable insights.
18 clinically grounded exercises across cognitive, motor, and sensory domains — plus the daily wellness metrics that complete the picture.
From object naming to abstract reasoning, each exercise targets specific cognitive domains identified in clinical neurological practice.
Every interaction generates granular metrics — response latency, error patterns, completion rates — giving clinicians objective data points over time.
Watch cognitive health trends unfold with intuitive dashboards. Patients stay motivated; clinicians spot early changes.
Steps, heart rate, sleep, and active calories flow alongside cognitive data — because brain health doesn't happen in isolation.
Exercises scale to match each individual's abilities, keeping the experience challenging but never frustrating.
Health data is encrypted in transit and handled with care. Your cognitive health information belongs to you.
Spanning memory, attention, language, motor control, and executive function — every domain that matters.
Free to download on iOS and Android. Begin with guided exercises and track your progress from day one.
Each of our 18 exercises is rooted in established neuropsychological testing frameworks, designed to measure specific cognitive, motor, and sensory domains with precision. Tap any exercise below to explore its objectives and the metrics it generates.

ADL Activigram extends your clinical insight beyond the office. Each exercise generates rich, quantitative metrics that complement your neurological assessment with longitudinal, ecologically valid data.
Every exercise produces multiple quantitative measures — response latency, error patterns, inter-item intervals, completion rates — far beyond simple pass/fail scoring.
Monitor cognitive trajectories over weeks and months. Detect subtle decline or improvement patterns that single-visit assessments miss.
18 exercises spanning memory, language, executive function, motor control, balance, auditory processing, and orientation — a comprehensive cognitive profile.
Patients complete exercises in their natural environment on their own device, reducing white-coat effects and capturing real-world cognitive performance.

ADL Activigram is developed by Pahk Neurology, Inc., born from Dr. Pahk's clinical experience treating patients with neurological conditions across Los Angeles. We believe cognitive health monitoring should be woven into everyday life — not confined to a clinic visit.
Every exercise traces back to established neuropsychological assessment frameworks, adapted for the mobile environment without sacrificing rigor.
Designed for real people — warm, intuitive, and accessible. Whether you're managing a condition or simply proactive about brain health.
Built in collaboration with practicing neurologists, ADL Activigram generates the data that matters — objective, quantitative, and longitudinal.

Dr. Pahk is a Los Angeles County native who graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from UC San Diego. After working in biotechnology, he graduated from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel — one of the top technical institutes in the world. He completed his residency in Neurology at Northwell Health, the largest health system in New York, before returning to California to found Cana Neurology.
His clinical practice spans epilepsy, concussion, stroke, traumatic brain injury, headache, and other neurologic conditions — experience that directly shaped the design and medical rigor of ADL Activigram.
Whether you're a clinician interested in integration, a patient with questions, or a potential partner — we'd love to hear from you.
