Step by Step

Six easy steps, start to finish

Go at your own pace. You can refer back to this page any time you need to.

1 Open the app

Sign in with your phone number

When you open ADL Activigram for the first time, you'll see a sign-in screen. Enter your mobile phone number and tap the orange Continue button.

Tip: You can also sign in with Apple or Google if you prefer — just tap one of the buttons below.

2 Check your texts

Enter the 6-digit code we sent you

We'll send a text message to your phone with a 6-digit verification code. Open your Messages app, read the code, then come back and tap the numbers on the keypad to enter it.

Tip: Don't see the text after a minute? Tap Resend at the bottom-left of the screen.

3 Say hello

Read the welcome screens

You'll see a few short introduction screens that explain what ADL Activigram does and how it can help you. Tap the orange Next button to move through them.

In a hurry? You can tap Skip in the top-right corner to go straight to the setup.

4 Tell us about you

Fill in your health profile

Enter your name, date of birth, and gender. This helps the app personalize your experience. After that, you'll answer a few more optional questions — feel free to skip any that don't apply.

Your privacy matters: All information is kept private and used only to improve your exercises.

5 Set your rhythm

Choose your daily routine

Pick how many minutes a day you want to practice (we suggest 15 minutes) and when you'd like gentle reminders. You can always change these later in the Settings menu.

Important: Tap the orange Enable button to turn on notifications — that's how the app will remind you to practice each day.

6 You're in!

Start your first brain exercise

You'll land on the home screen. Tap the glowing circle at the top — that's Level 1. Then tap the orange Start button. You'll begin with a simple shape-identification exercise to warm up.

Go at your own pace: There's no time pressure. Take breaks whenever you like — your progress is saved automatically.
